Oli & Brad are back at it again, and this time it’s all about RAW STRENGTH! 💪

Who’s got the strength to take the win? 👀

The battle is heating up, and we’re not done yet…

Ever wondered who’d win in a straight up strength battle? 👀
Oli reckoned he had it in the bag. Brad has other ideas.
So we settled it the only way physios know how — strapped into the AxIT isometric mid-thigh pull and let the force plate do the talking.
Here’s what most people miss this isn’t just a bit of fun (okay, it’s mostly fun 😅).

This is the exact same test we use to track strength, monitor return-to-sport progress, and pick up injury risk before it becomes a problem. Turns out you can settle an argument AND get useful data at the same time.
Who do you reckon pulled harder? Comment your guess 👇
