Oli originates from the UK having graduated from the University of Liverpool, he spent several years working in the UK health system before making the move to Australia. Oli spent his first year down under working in a large sporting clinic in Brisbane for just over a year before relocating to Sydney in February 2026.

Oli has worked with a vast range of clients and has developed a diverse skillset treating adolescents to older adults and sports related injuries to work related injuries. His main focus within his profession is to help every individual work towards their specific health goals.

Oli's Background

Back in the UK, Oli had played high level rugby union and continues to participate in fitness and sport here in Australia. His sporting passions revolve around rugby union, strength training and long distance running. Oli has completed a handful of half and full marathons, and is currently pursuing new physical events such as Hyrox. Outside of his professional life, Oli prides himself on being a big foodie! He likes to have an international taste, exploring the worlds culinary delights and replicating them at home in the kitchen. He has a deep love for art, music and film. If he is not in the gym or at a restaurant, he will be spending his time listening to emerging artists, live gigs and watching new films or rewatching personal favourites.
